Do you own a property,
or the place to open one?
We are evaluating acquisitions and new openings, assessing few properties at a time, and keeping them well. Owners who remain owners get complete management — bookings, rates, housekeeping, maintenance, guests — with no fees and no imposed format: the name remains the owner's. Every proposal — a building, a running property or a plot — goes to properties@civishotels.com and receives a reply.

THE AREAS
Where a capable person is needed.
We do not post ads for individual positions: when someone is needed, they are needed quickly, and we start from the applications already on file. The four areas below are the roles we need filled now.

Front office and welcome
Reception, arrivals and departures, digital key management. On-site at the boutique hotel, remote with rapid on-site response at the smart properties.

Housekeeping and quality
Cleaning, linens, room-by-room checks. It is the department that decides the review more than any other: we look for people who know it and work accordingly.

Maintenance and technical work
Systems, small repairs, suppliers. In the apartments and villas, also pools, gardens, and seasonal upkeep: people who arrive before the guest notices.

Development and new openings
Property scouting, valuations, owner relations, opening from construction site to first guest. In Rome, where the collection was born, and wherever the route leads next.
